BCG GenAI Support Tool. GenAI Product Strategist
The GenAI Support Tool is a new tool developed entirely in-house by BCG that provides IT support to its 50,000 staff members operating in high-pressure and ever-evolving technical environments.
I own the end-to-end user experience, working alongside a Product Director who owns delivery and a team of Engineers, Architects, Designers and Analysts. The project's success depends on people being willing to trust the tool and use it instead of alternative channels.
