Vic Roads. New service prototyping and pitching
The Government of Victoria invited organisations to propose how they would deliver the registration and licensing component of Vic Roads, and to introduce new technology and services with a measurable impact on customers.
We did not secure the contract due to pricing, but the proposal was praised for its quality and innovative approach. The organisation went on to bring human-centred design into most of its business development.
